Our team provides you with an attorney to supervise your law study for 4 years.
You will receive access to an online curriculum & IRL community events for apprentices like you.
We produce the study reports you can use to qualify to take the Bar Exam in CA.
While an apprenticeship (also known as "reading the law") is the original pathway to becoming an attorney in the United States, only 4 states including California, Washington, Virginia, and Vermont formally allow students to sit for their respective Bar Exam at this time.

Is this program real?
Yes, you can absolutely become a licensed attorney or paralegal in CA this way! By studying as an apprentice under the supervision of a licensed attorney, you can qualify to sit for the CA Bar Exam. We facilitate your 4-year study pathway.
How do I know it's for me?
If you are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in Santa Monica College and are interested in pursuing a career in law but are concerned about whether you can afford law school, this program is for you. If you are interested in transferring to a 4-year university, this program is for you.
When can I get started?
You must be 18 years of age and have two years of college credit in order to begin the program in CA.
Does my location matter?
You must reside in CA and must be able to be physically present for Law Office Study Center sessions that are required to be in IRL by law.
We are opening the program up for students enrolled in Santa Monica College.
Registered as part of the National Apprenticeship System in accordance with the basic standards of apprenticeship established by the Secretary of Labor.
